We devote ourselves to make Livat Xi'an an ideal “Meeting Place” that combines eastern and western cultures and embraces sustainable development. Located in Xi’an Hi-tech Zone and surrounded by campus town, Livat Xi’an enjoys convenient transportation: it will be reachable by metro and over 12 bus routes which are designed to connect campus town and Xi’an city center. Expected to complete in 2024 with a leasable area of 125,000 square meters, the project will provide over 3,000 parking slots and will attract over 450 international and domestic brands as business partners, including the second IKEA Store of Xi’an as the main tenant. Together with IKEA, Livat Xi’an aims to create better everyday life by providing easy access to well-being, a sustainable lifestyle and belonging, while meeting everyday needs of people in Xi’an.
