Centro Lugano Sud is the leading shopping centre in Tessin (the only Italian speaking canton), anchored by IKEA Store, Coop and Media Markt. 

It is located in the municipality of Grancia, which lies alongside the A2 highway, with an excellent access to Lugano city center and all the other cities in Tessin.

Centro Lugano Sud’s tenant mix, composed by 50 stores, offers a wide range of categories, mainly fashion. The centre is anchored by the only IKEA and Zara stores of the entire region, which attract many visitors all over the year.

It was opened in 1991, becoming during these years a reference point for all inhabitants and tourists of the entire region. In 2004 CLS was extended to the current surface and in 2018 was refurbished with a facelift, with the goal to update the centre to current market standards in terms of facilities and overall architectural look.

Centro Lugano Sud, together with IKEA store and local institutions WWF and ATA (association against traffic), is a partner of Fondo Clima, a fund that promotes sustainable local projects.
