The Designer Outlet Croatia invites for shopping in a premium village atmosphere. The architecture incorporates modern and typical regional stylistic elements of the regions of Croatia in an innovative way. Over 150 shops on a gross lettable area of 25,000 m2 will be built in two phases. In combination with secondary retail on 30,000 m2 including a DIY and a hyper market, a retail park as well as fast food. The Zagreb Shopping Complex becomes an attractive one-stop shopping destination and combines shopping of furniture, fashion & lifestyle as well as outlet shopping in an unique way. Ingka Centres develops the Designer Outlet Croatia in cooperation with ROS Retail Outlet Shopping.
